We will accept returns and refunds if a product is delivered to you damaged. You must notify us on the same day of delivery with proof of the damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Depending on the case, we may issue a full refund, partial refund, or a discount code that can be used on your next purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
Refunds can be issued as:
A cash refund to your bank account or credit card
A discount code for future purchases
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within a few working days (the exact time frame will be informed via email).
Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again (within 3–7 working days).
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will send you further instructions regarding the process.

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Return Shipping
If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item (not applicable for damaged or wrong items).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
